Receiving Coordinator

Responsible for scheduling all inbound deliveries and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all inbound freight arriving at our 3PL warehouse facility. This position focuses on processing data in multiple formats and maintaining communication between warehouse teams, carriers, and clients. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support a bilingual workforce.

Expected pay Rate : $17–20/ per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipment documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and advance shipping notices.
• Enter accurate shipment data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate inbound delivery appointments with vendors and carriers.
• Communicate receiving details clearly to warehouse staff.
• Track and document discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damages.
• Generate and distribute daily receiving reports.
• Maintain a highly organized work environment
• Ensure all receiving documentation complies with company SOPs and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience in a logistics or warehouse setting (3PL experience a plus) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
