About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy in patients' homes . This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the geriatric population .
Minimum commitment: 12 direct patient care hours per week
Availability required: At least 3 weekdays per week
Work independently while collaborating with an experienced therapy team

Job Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
Eligible for NJ Physical Therapy licensure
Minimum 12 direct patient care hours per week required
Consistent availability of at least 3 weekdays per week
