Job SummarySundey Home Support is a family-owned, non-medical home care agency serving seniors and adults throughout Northern New Jersey. We are hiring Home Health Aides (CHHA) and Companion Caregivers to provide in-home support that helps clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. This position focuses on non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance. No skilled nursing or medical procedures are provided. Key ResponsibilitiesCompanion care, conversation, and emotional support Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Mobility assistance and fall prevention Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders only (no administration) Errands, appointments, and community outings Safety supervision and client support Accurate visit documentation using a mobile scheduling app Communicate changes or concerns to care coordination team No medical care, injections, vitals, catheter care, or medication administration.
