Production Assembler

**Cable & Wire Manufacturing Company Urgently Hiring Assemblers ASAP!** Interview and start within 48 to 72 hours! **Position** **:** Cable & Wire Assembler **Location** : Fairfield, NJ or Budd Lake, NJ **Shifts** **:** 7:00am-5:30pm (Monday-Thursday) , Fridays and the Weekends Off **Pay** **:** $21.00/hour ; Overtime: $31.50/hour (Overtime encouraged) **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble components according to detailed drawings and operation sheets, ensuring precision and quality in every task. **Responsibilities** + Assemble components in accordance with drawings and operation sheets. + Perform weighing, loading, and pressing operations. + Handle tooling and fixtures and use various hand tools to produce or modify parts. + Maintain count and order progress by logging time and quantities. + Close and assemble units using crimping and closure tools and apply epoxy. + Perform soldering tasks, including small wire soldering, terminal soldering, and bridge wire welding. + Assist with the packaging of pyrotechnic assemblies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be a US Person or Permanent Resident due to ITAR restrictions. + Ability to follow required company safety practices and quality procedures. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
