We’re seeking a NJ licensed Physical Therapist with strong motivation who is:

• Patient-Centered: Your main goal is to help our patients live their best lives. You are bothered when a patient isn’t improving as expected.
• Driven by Excellence: You seek to improve yourself and your patients. You are willing to learn and want to advance your skill sets.
• Excellent Communicator: You will have to communicate with patients, physicians, and other team members. We want a PT who can talk lay, simple language with patients. Then, switch to professional language with a colleague. Good communication is key for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and install customized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and establish treatment goals.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process and promote healthy habits.
• Work with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure top-quality care.
