What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Treat a diverse patient population (orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, geriatric)
- Develop individualized care plans to achieve patient goals
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and care teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety
- Document progress and maintain compliant clinical records
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License (New Jersey)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
