Job Title: Part-Time Fulfillment Associate Location: Eatontown, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $23.50 per hour Work Model: Onsite Hours: Part-Time | 2nd shift is Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Part-Time Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities:

• 3 days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Assists with printing paperwork associated with credit card manufacturing in a highly secure facility
• Creates shipping labels and prepare customer products for shipment and processing
• Performs QC checks to ensure shipping data matches customer information, maintaining shipment accuracy
• Counts credit cards to verify order accuracy
• Transports mail from production floor to warehouse and prepare shipments for mailing
• Works with MS Excel spreadsheets, PDF files, and label printers
• Stands for the entire shift, operating high-speed automation machinery capable of producing up to 25,000 credit cards daily
• Identifies and resolves errors related to data integrity before printing labels
• Uses computers extensively throughout the shift, making small adjustments to printing equipment as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education or vocational training is highly desirable but not required)
• Basic MS Excel skills
• At least one (1) year of experience in a production, mailing, shipping, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Strong computer skills; comfortable using templates and making small adjustments on printing equipment
• Legible handwriting with the ability to write neatly and concisely
• Basic data entry skills ensuring accuracy
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and carry materials
