**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** + We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repairs of motors, conveyors, gears, and hydraulics in the plant + This position requires a proactive individual committed to safety, customer satisfaction, first-time quality, and efficiency **Job Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on motors, conveyors, gears, and hydraulics + Conduct reactive and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability + Utilize basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor and auger systems, power tools, overhead cranes, welding, and fabrication + Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, aerial lifts, cranes, and yard tractors + Troubleshoot minor electrical issues and perform necessary repairs + Read and understand parts diagrams for equipment assembly and disassembly + Adhere to lockout/tagout (LO/TO) procedures for safety **Shift** **1st Shift:** Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. with overtime available **Essential Skills** + Experience with hydraulic systems, conveyors, and augers + Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues + Experience operating cranes and forklifts + Comfortable working at heights up to 30-40 feet + Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, including construction equipment and diesel engines + Highly safety-conscious mindset **Why Work Here?** + Enjoy a supportive and team-oriented work environment where everyone contributes to achieving goals + Benefit from comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance + Take advantage of a 401k with a 6% match, generous paid time off, including 9 paid holidays and 1 floating day, plus 7 sick days **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Trenton, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. 15 PTO days 7 sick days 9 paid holidays, 1 floating Medical, Dental, Vision 401k 6% match Direct hire position **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Trenton,MI. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Nov 29, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
