ServiceNow Developer – Skills

• ServiceNow platform administration and development
• Custom application development on ServiceNow
• Workflow and Flow Designer automation
• Service Catalog and Request Management
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management modules
• Integration with third-party systems (REST, SOAP APIs)
• Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, AngularJS)
• UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
• Service Portal and Widget development
• Performance Analytics and Reporting
• CMDB design and maintenance
• ITSM, ITOM, ITBM module expertise
• Security and Access Control (ACLs, Roles)
• Update Sets and migration management
• Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
• Version upgrades and patch management
