We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and help produce high-quality, precision-built components. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of fabrication equipment and perform manual TIG welding, with additional opportunities to work with advanced robotic and spot-welding systems.

This is a temp-to-hire position , with the potential to convert to full-time in under 60 days for the right candidate seeking a long-term opportunity and professional growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM, (Includes 2 weeks of orientation on 1st shift)

Qualifications:

• Conversational English required
• Minimum 18 months of TIG w elding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
• Experience welding aluminum extrusions to precise dimensions, lengths and angles.
• Familiarity with using miter saws, grinders, and measuring equipment.
• Skill in prepping materials for painting using sanding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
