Remote Commercial Clearance Officer Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for developers, investors, attorneys, and lenders, ensuring seamless communication throughout transactions
- Prepare detailed settlement statements and pro formas in compliance with lender closing instructions
- Review clearance documents, title commitments, and requirements to ensure underwriter approval
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex title issues that require advanced expertise and decision-making
- Oversee GreenFolders and TitleExpress systems to track progress and meet company standards
- Deliver complete and accurate closing packages to the closer, supporting smooth settlements
- Respond promptly to client and partner inquiries while maintaining exceptional service levels
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial title industry
- Strong knowledge of endorsements, LLC structures, estate law, and bankruptcy legalities
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Teams
- Experience working directly with title underwriters or title companies
- Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a remote environment
