Pediatric LPN – Weekend Case (Teaneck, NJ)

Saturday & Sunday | 8am–8pm | $40/hr Setting: Pediatric Private Duty • Company: Affirmed Home Care

Provide meaningful, 1:1 care every weekend for a 14‑year‑old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non‑ambulatory, non‑verbal , receives oral feeds , and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy . This is a rewarding, stable case ideal for an LPN who values compassion, consistency, and family‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Respiratory support — Nebulizer, cough assist, chest vest therapy

• Clinical monitoring — Observe, document, and communicate changes in condition

• Family partnership — Promote comfort, stability, and daily routines

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

Pay Rate

LPN: $40/hr

Available Shifts

• Priority Weekend Case: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–8pm (Teaneck, NJ)

• Additional day, evening, and overnight shifts available across nearby pediatric cases

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
