Our team is seeking a Securities Lending Operations Analyst to manage daily equity finance workflows across Loanet, DTC, and OCC. This role ensures accurate trade reconciliation, timely settlement, and resolution of breaks, returns, and corporate actions to support firm-wide account balancing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and reconcile daily Loanet balances, DTC accounts, and Phase3 trial reports for accuracy
• Process unmatched loan returns, rate changes, mark-to-market activity, and daily need backs for account balancing
• Handle incoming and outgoing return calls and emails to ensure timely security returns and accurate Loanet updates
• Research and resolve contract comparison errors, billing discrepancies, and intercompany trade issues
• Execute buy-in setups, take downs, and charges while tracking open items and sending daily updates
• Review Loanet rebate compare reports and forward daily rebate settlements to Accounting
• Investigate and correct DK borrow returns, DK loans, unmatched returns, and trade booking errors
• Process reorganizations including stock splits, mergers, bond maturities, and other corporate actions
• Balance Loanet house and Loanet conduit accounts against Phase3, DTC, and Beta systems for end of day reconciliation
• Run and reconcile Loanet Z reports and execute pair-offs and contract consolidations to minimize fees
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in securities operations, equity finance, or trade support
• Proficiency with industry systems such as Loanet, DTC, OCC, Phase3, and Beta
• Strong understanding of trade settlement, account reconciliation, and corporate actions
• High attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-volume data entry and multi-system workflows under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with buy-in processes, contract consolidation, and rate change procedures
• Experience handling billing discrepancies, rebate settlements, and mark-to-market activity
• Comfortable communicating with internal desks and external counterparties to resolve breaks and inquiries
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $95,000- $110,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
