Specialist, Finance Data Analytics (Hybrid)
Corporate Audit and Assurance Services (MCAAS) plays a key role in maintaining a strong financial control and compliance environment across the organization. MCAAS provides independent, objective assurance to evaluate and strengthen the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and governance processes. Through its audit and assurance work, MCAAS supports transparency, integrity, and accountability in financial operations.
The MCAAS Innovation team is a core part of this effort, using data and technology to support audits across the company. The team includes approximately 9 members based in the US and Europe. By combining analytical expertise with finance, compliance, and systems knowledge and using tools such as Power BI, UiPath, and Dataiku, we deliver real-time risk assessments and control insights. These insights strengthen audit procedures, help identify potential risks, and support recommendations for stronger controls.
In addition to supporting MCAAS directly, the data analytics team collaborates with other finance and analytics groups across the company and industry. This helps us share knowledge, build on existing solutions, and align with best practices. Through these partnerships, we promote continuous learning and ensure our analytics initiatives support broader organizational goals.
In this role, you will contribute to MCAAS’s mission by applying strong analytical and leadership skills alongside emerging technologies. You will help advance strategic initiatives, improve risk assessment capabilities, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Your work will support the company’s financial goals while upholding high standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
