We are a well-established chiropractic office, and we’re looking to expand our team! We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our practice.

The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and highly organized, with strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with phones, computers, and insurance is required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out
• Handle insurance verification and processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in office systems
• Provide exceptional customer service to support patient care and satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required
• Knowledge of insurance and patient billing preferred
• Proficient with computers and office software
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Energetic, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work well in a team
