Office/Events Coordinator

education: High School Responsibilities Core Responsibilities 1. Front-Office & Client Relations
- Communication Hub: Manage the multi-line phone system, routing calls to the appropriate department (Claims, Billing, or Sales).
- First Impressions: Greet clients upon arrival and maintain the professional appearance of the lobby, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Hospitality: Ensure the conference room is "client-ready" at all times, including stocking the fridge and coffee station.
- Lead Management: Monitor and distribute incoming leads from advertising campaigns and the general company inbox.
- Schedule Optimization: Proactively manage calendars for Sales Consultants, scheduling prospect consultations and follow-up reviews.
- Sales Assistance: Support assigned agents with preparing application folders, running basic quotes, and sending out "Thank You" or renewal reminders.
- Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to build agency authority.
- Content Management: Perform routine website updates and post monthly blog articles related to insurance tips and community news.
- Design: Utilize Canva to create professional marketing materials, digital flyers, and social graphics.
