We are looking for an energetic, kid-at-heart, people-person to join us in recruiting clients and new talent to come experience the joy of working with and for Spitball. Connecting with future prospects is going to take the right Spitball personality, while maintaining the culture we’ve created will take acquiring the right team players. This will not only the be role of the Agency Evangelist, but your passion.

You will work closely with the Agency Partners to bring our story to creative-thirsty marketers. You’ll collaborate with our Directors on sharing our tremendous success and brilliant work. And you’ll be inspired by the entire team’s talent and strive to mirror their drive and work ethic.

To continue to drive our growth, you will be expected to wine and dine, get your elbows dirty, and most importantly wear your passion on your sleeve at informal meetings, speaking engagements and client pitches. You’ll craft content, be on the road, connect with everyone and open doors. You will be the best campfire storyteller. You will be as engaging as you are keen in identifying opportunity. You will be ego-less and the ultimate selfless team player. You will embody the agency personality and break through the clutter to get the word out. The result will be us being the talk of the town.
