Must have strong experience in:

• Troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility assets.
• Installation of new and used equipment, ancillary machinery, and fixed building assets.
• Troubleshooting and repair of electronic machine components and systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service (preventative maintenance and unscheduled corrective repairs).

• DC and VFD drive programming/setup/troubleshooting.

• Control panel modification and system upgrades.

• Performs mechanic repairs including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and productions machines.

• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or technical schooling required.

• Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment.

• 5 plus years of related experience in packing machines/production machines and industrial 480V-3PH electricity.

• Must have competent English verbal and written communication skills to communicate with and comprehend work instructions.

• Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for work orders (selection and completion).

• Light to moderate physical effort required involving lifting, pulling, pushing and bending. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility.
