Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with outpatient or long-term care patient populations preferred.
• Client requires ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific protocols.
