Our property management team is rapidly expanding, and we’re in need of a full-time staff property management accountant! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a solid background in accounting principles. Your knowledge of Vantaca property software and fund accounting would be a plus.
Our ideal candidate is someone who loves putting things in order and wants to take charge of implementing efficient accounting protocols. Compensation: $55,000 + medical, vision, dental benefits, 401(k) Pension plan

Responsibilities:- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial reports consisting of month-end and year-end closings
- Manage General Ledger entries and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Utilize Vantaca software for property and HOA accounting
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Proficient in property management software, Vantaca a+
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or property management environment
