About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an Intensive Treatment Psychiatric Unit in New Jersey. This full-time evening position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to helping patients achieve better mental health and overall well-being.

As part of a collaborative care team, you will provide safe, individualized, evidence-based nursing care while supporting patients and their families through challenging times.

Key Details

• Schedule: Evening Shift (2:45 pm- 11:15 pm)
• Shift Differentials:
• Weekday Evenings: +$3.00/hour
• Weekend Evenings: +$3.00/hour
• Weekday Nights: +$5.00/hour
• Weekend Nights: +$5.00/hour
• Weekend Work: Every other weekend
• Holiday Work: Three out of six major holidays
• On-Call: Not required

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required).
• AHA BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• BSN in progress or willingness to complete within 3 years of hire.
• At least 6+ months of relevant nursing experience OR current participation in a Nurse Residency Program.

Skills Needed

• Clinical expertise in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage high-stress situations with compassion.
