Recruiting Specialist

Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Toms River, NJ
Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $41,400 - $49,920
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing candidates
• Evaluating and assessing potential candidates
• Interviewing prospective candidates
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent
• Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements
• Build employee/manager relationships
• Generating leads and market intelligence
• Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees
• Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues
• Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding
• Provide timecard support
• Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns
• Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time

• Prior Recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree (BA)
• Ability to meet established performance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bilingual Spanish / English required
