What You'll Do

Brand & Product Marketing

Support the execution of new product launches, including developing marketing materials, digital assets, and consumer-facing campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all channels, including packaging, website content, trade marketing, social media, and advertising.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory compliance, working closely with internal teams for approvals.
Lead the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery, in collaboration with sales, education, and global teams.
Assist in creating key launch materials such as strategy decks, presentations, and distributor-facing content.
Manage a detailed marketing calendar to track product launches and promotional priorities.
Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring timely execution and brand alignment.
Maintain and update all marketing assets across digital and print platforms.

Product Management

Work with global teams to manage product specifications, SKU updates, reformulations, and packaging changes.
Conduct post-launch analyses to assess product performance and recommend SKU rationalization strategies.
Support the development of product marketing strategies, including naming and positioning.
Establish and maintain pricing strategies for the North American market, ensuring global alignment and compliance.

Industry & Market Insights

Conduct competitive research using industry tools and data sources to identify trends and opportunities.
Regularly analyze customer insights and competitor activities to inform marketing and promotional strategies.
Perform in-store audits to stay informed on marketplace dynamics and consumer preferences.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

Lead post-campaign reviews to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize brand strategies and promotional efforts.
Support management with additional projects and tasks as needed.

What You Bring

Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in product and brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, personal care, or CPG industries.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to leverage data and industry insights to inform decision-making and drive brand growth.
Attention to Detail: Strong execution and follow-through to ensure accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions & Travel
