The Autopsy & Surgical Pathology Operations Supervisor reports to the Director of Anatomic Pathology with close collaboration from the Department Chair and Administrative Director; as the Hospital Supervisor, Pathologist Assistant & Autopsy Services, responsibilities include end-to-end grossing workflow oversight, quality assurance, accreditation readiness, policy development, staff scheduling and education, tissue banking/procurement leadership, autopsy assistance, equipment/supply stewardship, and cross-disciplinary coordination—supported by friendly Magnet-caliber nurses and a diverse, highly skilled healthcare team.
