Warehouse Worker

Adecco is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Technician to perform essential warehouse duties, ensuring high standards of productivity and quality. This role involves a variety of tasks, from receiving and shipping to stock-picking and light assembly. The ideal candidate will have prior warehousing and forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork and attendance. + Pay rate: $20.30 hr + Shift: MON - FRI 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Location: Onsite - Plainfield, IN Duties and Responsibilities: + Meet job requirements relative to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and team environment. + Perform comprehensive warehouse duties, including: + Receiving, stock picking, packing (small and large parts), and shipping. + Loading and unloading trucks. + Parts counting, wrapping products, export packing, crating, labeling, shipping, and receiving. + Stockkeeping, cycle-counting, and housekeeping. + Utilize ORACLE and various Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications and PC applications, including RF picking. + Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, or other communications as needed. + Read and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly work. + Operate various types of forklifts and other mobile equipment as needed. + Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. + Adhere to regular daily attendance and interaction with other employees. Qualifications: + Minimum of 1 year prior warehousing experience. + Minimum of 6 months Forklift Driving experience. + Knowledge of Safety procedures and practices. + Forklift Certification. + Prior PC experience with ORACLE or equivalent. + Able to learn new skills or equipment. + Strong communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the customer in mind. + Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
