- Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by performing self-inspection of completed work and adhering to documented quality procedures.
- Identify and pursue cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and profit-enhancing opportunities in the painting process.
- Lift and move production objects weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
- Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment, including a full-body paint suit and half-face respirator, and maintain a clean-shaven face to ensure proper respirator fit.

- Willingness and ability to wear a Tyvek-style full-body paint suit and a half-face respirator, including maintaining a clean-shaven face for proper respirator fit.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, consistent work.
- Ability to perform self-inspection and support ISO 9001 quality standards in daily tasks.
