Behavior Technician (In School one on one support ABA Therapy)

- RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour

- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in child's school
- Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and document client progress
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicate with families and supervisors effectively
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
