We are seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to join our growing home health care team! This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership, giving you the opportunity to guide caregivers, support patients, and maintain the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and create care plans
• Oversee and support nursing and caregiving staff
• Administer and monitor nursing care for patients
• Track and report changes in patient conditions
• Communicate with physicians and specialists as needed
• Educate patients and families on care, health, and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience (home health or geriatrics preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with patients and families
• Bilingual skills a plus
