Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician** 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift $40/hr **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical components and systems, including motors, control panels, and PLCs. + Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams. + Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. + Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions. + Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting. + Ability to repair pumps and perform TIG welding. + Familiarity with industrial maintenance, motors, and electrical maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC systems and industrial welding. + Ability to work with 3 phase systems and perform installations and repairs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Plainfield, IN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr. Clean working environment with new automation being installed, Beard, hair nets, eye protection, and steel toes required.
