Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales & Fulfillment Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, managing large wedding groups, efficiently packaging orders using Shopify, and providing outstanding in-store assistance in our Paramus, NJ location.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

• Professionally and promptly handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Provide product information, sizing guidance, and styling assistance with order-related queries.
• Be able to accurately fit the customer and provide recommendations for alterations.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Order Processing and Packaging:

• Utilize Shopify to process and fulfill online orders accurately.
• Ensure orders are packaged securely and in a presentable manner for shipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory and monitor stock levels.

Fitting and Styling In-Person Customers

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assess customers' needs and preferences regarding suits and style.
• Take accurate measurements for tailoring purposes.
• Offer insights on current fashion trends and styling tips.
• Handle any inquiries or concerns regarding the suits or the purchasing process.
• Process transactions through Shopify POS system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any post-purchase concerns or alterations.

Shift Requirements:

• 35-40 hours per week
• Overtime may be offered
• Must be able to work Saturdays open to close (10 a.m. - 9 p.m.)

Expectations

• Preferred but not required: proven experience in customer service.
• Preferred but not required: proven experience in menswear and retail.
• Preferred but not required: familiarity with Shopify.
