Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies. **Crafted Highlights:** In the role of **Process Lead - Warehouse** working in **Trenton, OH** you will build and enhance the operating teams' technical capabilities, focusing on process control mastery through data collection, analysis, and loss elimination. Reporting directly to **Sr Manager Customer Service and Supply** and you will also closely work with cross-functional operational teams. **What You'll Be Brewing:** + Responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of a designated brewery are, working in close partnership with brewery management. + Lead initiatives to drive operational reliability and performance improvements across people, processes, and equipment, ensuring optimal asset utilization and sustainable results + You will be accountable for maintaining data integrity and identifying opportunities to support team performance in alignment with key business objectives + Ensure all processes are safe, fully functional, and validated to operate at their designed capacity and inherent reliability standards + Drive supply chain improvements through process optimization, asset enhancement. **Key Ingredients:** + Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience and/or 1+ years in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment. + Support team performance and foster a culture of employee engagement, promoting collaboration, driving operational excellence + You love a challenge.
