Job Title: Consultant – Administrator
Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Type: Contract (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

End Date: 12/31/2025

About the Role

We are seeking a Consultant – Administrator to support our Global Commercialization Team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and professional, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Task Order & Contract Execution Support

• Prepare and process task orders and agreements

• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals (Legal, Procurement, Finance)

• Maintain tracking for task orders/contracts

SAP System Support (Preferred)

• Process purchase orders using SAP

Travel & Accommodation Coordination

• Book domestic and international travel, hotels, and transportation

• Maintain itineraries and assist with expense support

Meeting & Workshop Logistics

• Organize workshops, meetings, and events

• Manage venues, catering, AV, supplies, and agendas

General Administrative Support

• File and track documents

• Monitor deadlines and communications

• Provide support during peak workload periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or related fields preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and SAP

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability
