We are looking for a talented and passionate hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current hair trends, excellent technical skills, and a warm, customer-focused approach. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their hair goals, performing haircuts for women, men, and children, and providing a variety of color services such as root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, and full-color treatments. Styling services, including blowouts and event hair, are also a key part of the role.

A strong knowledge of different hair types and products is essential, as is the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and retail products. The hairdresser is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional work environment and for delivering a consistently high standard of service. Staying up to date with the latest techniques and trends is encouraged, and the ability to manage appointments, stay punctual, and support a positive salon atmosphere is a must.

Candidates should have a valid state cosmetology license and previous salon experience. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry are vital. Experience with advanced color work, color correction, or salon software is a plus, but not required. A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends, is preferred.
