We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Job Profile Summary :

This position is responsible for managing all accounting-related activities within the organization. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will directly manage the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the accounting team and day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent knowledge working in accounting general ledger software and reporting systems
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate external audits and assist as required.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.

Education/Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and/or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.

Knowledge :

• Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Advanced Microsoft Skills: Excel, etc. (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
