Your Mission
As a Sr. Product Manager - AI, you will be responsible for field engagement, product strategy, and helping to assemble our go-to-market plans for new products. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Driving product strategy and vision
- Accountable for gaining and maintaining deep understanding of the problems, needs and desires of AvePoint’s customers
- Championing market-driven product feature-function design
- Defining the metrics related to product performance and tracking them on an ongoing basis
- Measuring and evaluating product experience, ROI and relevant success metrics
- Creating and leveraging connections across sales, technical and marketing teams within AvePoint
- Work closely with UX and Tech leadership to drive overall goals and outcomes
About you
- 10 years of professional experience including 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Product Design
- SaaS/B2B experience is required
- Technical working knowledge of O365, Azure and AWS
- Experience working with Backup and/or Backup as a Service (BaaS)
- Demonstrated proficiency in defining market trends, identifying and validating high-value customer needs
- Developing, validating and then executing on products and features to meet those customer needs.
- Strong project management skills; organized, and extremely high attention to detail
- Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with a passion for technology

The Salary Range for this role is $190,000 - $235,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs). We welcome compensation discussions—apply even if your expectations fall outside the range.
