Key Responsibilities:- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of screen printing production equipment, including:
- Automatic screen-making systems
- Cylinder and flatbed presses
- Polar cutting machines
- Heat sealing equipment
- PLC-controlled and automated systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly and effectively.
- Previous experience in the graphic screen printing industry is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC systems .
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and service a range of industrial equipment used in print production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive maintenance mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
