Front Desk Associate (Part-Time, Early Morning)

Schedule: Part-time • 2 mornings per week • 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat Front Desk Associate to support our early morning classes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a structured environment, and can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while setting a positive tone for the day.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
Check members into class and assist with questions
Handle walk-ins and trial guests
Follow up with “lost sheep” (members who have missed classes) through friendly check-ins
Process retail and product sales accurately
Complete opening procedures and prepare the studio for morning classes
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
Support instructors and management as needed
Qualifications
Friendly, reliable, and people-oriented
Comfortable with early morning shifts
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sales or fitness experience is a plus, but not required
