Taylor Management is looking for an experienced Assisant Property Manager for a luxury high-rise in Jersey City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to resident inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of community newsletters and communications.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases of community documents and homeowner information.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Support the Community Manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Assist with the planning and organization of community events and meetings.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
