Location: Congers, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire
Job Summary
The Facility Clerk Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support to facility operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize facility records and documentation
Perform data entry and update company systems
Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
Support facility and maintenance teams with administrative tasks
Track work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and service requests
Answer phones and support office communications
Coordinate schedules and vendor visits as needed
Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to focus and work independently
High attention to detail and accuracy
