Guest Care Specialist

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office. Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office management or related field is a plus- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
