Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination.
Respond to phone, email, and text inquiries promptly.
Handle payments and maintain up-to-date client records.
Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and inviting.
Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions.
Support med spa staff with day-to-day operational needs. Qualifications:
Prior experience in med spa, salon, or healthcare front desk preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable using scheduling/EMR systems (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro).
