We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Support Analyst to provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

We're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience working directly with customers, managing client interactions, gathering and refining business requirements, resolving support tickets and technical issues, and contributing to product-related initiatives. While familiarity with tools like SQL, Python is important—particularly for data gathering, cleaning, reporting, and analysis—the ideal candidate will have applied these skills in real-world business settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to ANB’s products
• Research and identify solutions to customer problems, utilizing knowledge bases, FAQs, and other resources.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed, ensuring seamless handoff and follow-up.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner within our Assist ticketing system.
• Proactively monitor customer systems and identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as product management, to address customer needs and provide feedback on product improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our eTRACK+ and eTRM products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting customers on software issues
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
