Project Manager
- Work with the client's new Enterprise Brand Rollout for FY26 and FY27 and other business critical projects / campaigns as needed, including backup support for Social Commerce (existing role); working under the guidance of the client's Program Manager and Deloitte Program Manager along with business stakeholders.
- Partner with senior clients to assess their current solutions, identifying opportunities and recommending a target state
- Evaluate emerging vendor solutions in investment management and cultivate relationships with those most relevant to our clients needs
- Design, plan and oversee the implementation of strategic investment management solutions including operating model, process reengineering, technical design and development
- Be a leader in defining the investment management platform of the future combining man and machine
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management
- 4+ years of experience with various financial technology packages
- 4+ years of experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effective client relationship management
- Experience with marketing strategy, marketing operations, or Martech
- Experience in analyzing business processes to diagnose challenges and improvement areas, developing and presenting strategic recommendations to address business problems
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Financial Services Industry knowledge (understanding of Front, Middle and Backoffice processes)
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
