Express Service Technician

The Service Express Technician is responsible for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality service support to customers. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and completing minor repairs or adjustments in a timely manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. The Service Express Technician acts as the first point of contact for quick service needs, ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction. Responsibilities * Perform quick service tasks such as inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. * Handle minor repairs and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all safety procedures. * Accurately document service performed and communicate findings to the Service Advisor/Manager. * Ensure customer vehicles/equipment are cared for and returned in excellent condition. * Support the service team by assisting with additional technical tasks as needed. * Stay current on technical knowledge, tools, and best practices through ongoing training.

  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
  • Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred. * Previous experience in service, repair, or maintenance role strongly preferred. * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. * Valid driver’s license and clean record required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in service department
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
