Part time position. Average of 15-18h per week.

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual that will be the first point of contact as a Front Desk Coordinator. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!

Day to Day Duties:

• Data entry
• Answering phones
• Creating Pet Parent Charts
• Book keeping
• Greet EVERYONE that walks in or out of Dogtopia!

Qualifications:

• Must love dogs
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including some holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be comfortable with up-sell
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding our Dogtopia-isms

Clean and Safe Environment:

• Ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment
• Cleaning may include, mopping, sweeping, trash, and water refill

Customer Service and Presentation:

• Ability to work cohesively with their team in a respectful and professional manner
• Excellent communicator and can speak consistently to out 3 Ss (Smile, Story, Satisfaction)
• Be knowledgeable on pricing and services
• Strive for high customer review ratings by always smiling for the cameras and engaging in safe play!

As the Front Desk Coordinator you are responsible to work with all customers, furry friends

and team members to ensure Dogtopia sets the highest standards and satisfaction

of safety and fun.

Dogtopia is the leading destination for dog daycare, boarding, and spa services. We are mainly a Daycare facility, but we offer Boarding and Spa services as a convenience for our Pet Parents.
Our mission is to make sure your four-legged family members are kept safe and have a fun time when they are at our modern, open-play facility.
