What Youll Do

• Provide individual therapy to clients
• Facilitate group therapy (if experienced and interested)
• Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with external providers and community resources when needed
• Support clients through treatment progression and discharge planning

Schedule & Expectations

• Part-time, fee-for-service role
• Minimum expectation: 8 clients per week
• Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
• Primarily based in Manalapan with potential flexibility

What Were Looking For

• Licensed or provisionally licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW)
• Experience with children (age 5+) preferred
• Experience with couples therapy preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally

Requirements

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
• Active NJ license (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW)
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends

Compensation & Benefits
