Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist
We are hiring a Document Control Clerk/Filing Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ .
Job Description:
- General administrative/ processing forms / data entry
- Familiar with PC's & laptops.
- Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration.
- Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 (would need email address setup)
- Equipment needed, PC & laptop.
- Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording, Tax Reg, VPN, Outlook (would need email address setup)
Skills required:
- Basic Computer skills
- Good Communication and writing skills.
- Outlook 2016
- Efficient Typist
- Good Communication and writing skills.
Work hours:
- Mon-Fri from 8:30am-4:30pm
- Lunch- 1 hr. (unpaid)
Additional information:
- Important Client Note - Some of these positions will be remote, on location and/ or hybrid.
- At the beginning for training, they will all be on location.
