Open Road currently owns and operates over twenty five (25) automotive facilities including eighteen (18) dealerships throughout the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area representing Acura, Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Subaru, Volvo and Volkswagen.

Job Responsibilities:
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales people on team
- Directs staffing of team, and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs
- Establish and meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives
- Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
- Attends manager meetings as requested
- Utilize tools to follow up with customers and ensure team does so also
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager
- Steady work and performance history
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
