Your New Role

As an HVAC Installer in Flemington, New Jersey, you will:

• Lead residential HVAC installation crews on system replacements and new installs

• Install heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

• Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and duct fittings as needed

• Ensure all HVAC systems are installed to code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards

• Complete all paperwork accurately, thoroughly, and on time

• Train and mentor HVAC Installer Helpers on proper installation techniques and safety practices

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, parts departments, and installation teams

• Maintain a clean job site and professional appearance in customers’ homes

• Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering top-tier customer service

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional HVAC installation

• Proven experience leading HVAC installation crews

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication, and system replacements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to quality workmanship

• Ability to work in residential environments and perform physical installation duties
