Responsibilities
- Perform first-, second-, and third-trimester obstetric ultrasound scans and fetal anatomical surveys
- Conduct biometry (fetal measurements), abdominal circumference, bone lengths, and amniotic fluid assessment (AFI)
- Obtain fetal cardiac views and assess brain structures (cerebellum, ventricles) and head; include Doppler studies as indicated
- Perform nuchal translucency screening, placenta previa assessment, multiple pregnancy evaluation, and gender determination when appropriate
- Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine care by documenting findings and communicating with the MFM team; chart in Epic when available
- Operate GE ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality; unit uses a GE platform; participate in orientation for unit-specific workflows

Requirements
- ARDMS-FE certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years ultrasound/sonography experience
- Experience performing 1st–3rd trimester obstetric scans and fetal anatomical surveys; knowledge of AFI and Doppler assessment
- Ability to work in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine unit within a hospital setting
- Familiarity with Epic charting is preferred; unit orientation provided
- First-time travel sonographers are welcome to apply
